EFFECTIVE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT (EEE) THROUGH HAPPINESS AS A TOOL

Abstract
The current pandemic has resultant in to serious physical, psychological and financial stumbling
blocks to everyone. Every individual, irrespective of his/her profession, is undergoing traumatic experiences, as
the whole world has been stuck in the hands of covid-19. This pandemic scenario results in negative
consequences and directly effects on personal outlook and psychological health of employees. It is very
important for organizations to ensure that their workforce is physically and psychologically healthy during this
unprecedented and unpredictable time. In this aspect, present study has been undertaken to analyze the
Happiness levels of Individuals and the effect of „Happiness‟ on Engagement levels of employees in the work
as „Happiness‟ is the main and basic ingredient of everyone‟s mental and physical health.
