THE EXTENT OF SYRIAN REFUGEES' NEED TO DEVELOP THEIR JUDGMENTS OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS. A CASE OF SYRIAN REFUGEES COMMUNITY IN ISTANBUL

Abstract
With beginning of the Arab revolutions in the Arab world (Arab Spring), large numbers of Syrian refugees fled their country to many different areas of the world. Millions of Syrians came to Turkey. Almost of them settled in Istanbul, the commercial capital of Turkey, and they started working, doing trade, innovating projects and doing a lot of work to fill the needs of their families and their obligations. With the large number of refugees and emergence of many jobs and transactions in the countries of asylum; Many urgent issues emerged that refugees did not experience in the past, such as financial transactions related to naturalization, financial transactions related to opening companies, dealing with interest banks, and many other issues that should be studied and taken in consideration to explain the juristic judgment. From this point, the influence of refugees comes, particularly the Syrian refugees in Istanbul, in changing financial transactions. So this study came to collect these different issues, and to show to what extent refugees are affected, then to shed light on their need to develop judgments for their financial transactions.
