Abstract
In light of the large rapid developments and increasing competition in the business environment
today, Institutions are increasingly trying to figure out how to work on the effectiveness of strategic
intelligence, Accordingly, the study aimed to identify the impact of strategic intelligence and how to
manage luxury in business organizations for retailers to sell luxury furniture in the Sulaymaniyah
governorate, The study model and its hypotheses were built on the basis of the literature of the study,
as well as the use of previous, close studies. To build study standards, A questionnaire was designed to
collect study data, to confirm the degree of reliability in the data, the Crow Alpha test was used. And
using the method of the path and modeling the structural equation to test the hypotheses. The study
reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The presence of an effect of strategic
intelligence in the management of luxury in retailers in Sulaymaniyah province and recommended
work to establish objective and more transparent standards for employee performance and the need to
inform them of the results of their evaluation in order to motivate them in developing their
performance, which raises the level of performance for retail companies, Thus achieving competitive
ability through management is proud of its performance.
