Impact of Managing Conflicts in Team Member

Abstract
Conflict could not be prevented as the workplace is inevitable. Nevertheless, there are no predetermined outcomes of the dispute. In any organization, disagreements are common as people have different
views and there are people who can not tolerate different opinions of others. Conflict has the potential to produce
both positive and negative results.The negative impact of conflicts poses barriers to organizational development
so that conflict resolution addresses this issue is the tool to improve organizational efficiency and help the
organization achieve its desired role. This study shows how conflicts of both kinds impact the company and how
conflict management techniques work for the development of organization. The effects of poorly managed team
conflicts reduce team strength, interrupt healthy relationships and impede work performance. Many team conflict
causes include, perceived trust breach; unresolved disagreements, misunderstandings, clashes of personalities,
discrepancies in the principles gained, underlying stress and tension, ego issues. Many conflict resolution healing
strategies include improved communication skills, departure, team mediation, accommodation, teamwork,
reaction, listening, comprehension, etc.Main recommendations to prevent or overcome team disputes include
finding consensus through teamwork, enhancing self-esteem, managing emotional outburst, maintaining the
integrity of the individual, listening attentively and empathically, being sincerely concerned, keeping the
individual ego out of steering, etc.
