EVOLUTION OF GENERAL THEORY OF LAW AND INTEGRATION LAW DURING THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
This article discusses the components of the general theory of law and integrative law evolution, which is conditioned by the globalization of the modern world. The authors of the article analyze the problems of occurrence, and spatial platforms for the presentation of the presented scientific systems.
The theses are put forward both on the general laws of the general theory of law and integration law development as general conclusions on the research problem, and their specific variants, characteristic of individual sectoral units.
The work used both general and special methods of cognition. The study is based on the civilizational approach to law, taking into account the possibility of legal pluralism maximum application. To illustrate the conclusions with examples, the synchronous and diachronous vectors of comparative analysis are used.

Key words: The key conclusions of the article are associated with the identification of general and special laws of the general theory of law and integration law evolution of the modern world.
