LEARNING STYLES FOR NURSING AND MIDWIFERY STUDENTS

Abstract
Introduction: One way to improve the quality of education is to have enough insight into how learners learn. It was important for the researcher to conduct this study with the aim of a systematic review of the study of texts and the use of the author's experiences and the opinions of experts in the field of learning styles of nursing and midwifery students.
Method: In this structured review, all studies conducted in and out of the country during the years 2000-2019 were reviewed using keywords from domestic and foreign databases, and data were analyzed using the meta-analysis method (random effect model). The selected articles were collected according to the entry criteria and finally examined more closely.
Result: After searching the databases and extracting a large number of articles based on the title and abstract, 360 articles were reviewed, and finally 15 articles were reviewed in this review. The results of this study showed that among nursing and midwifery students, the use of peer-to-peer learning styles has increased. After the convergent learning style, the attracted, divergent, and adaptive styles were assigned the highest percentage, respectively.
Conclusion: Due to the fact that learning in nursing and midwifery using several styles and especially converging learning style and absorbing done, to coordinate the learning styles of students with teaching methods One of the measures is to improve the quality of classroom courses Education plays an effective role.
