APPLICATION OF WAVELET TRANSFORM TO ANALYSIS OF SEISMIC DATA BY THE EXAMPLE OF SHIYSKA AREA

Abstract
The paper describes in detail the use of wavelet transform for the analysis of seismic data. The object of research is the Shiyska area in the Sarmanovsky and Muslyumovsky districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The purpose of the detailed studies MOGT 2D within the Shiyska seismic area is to study the geological structure of the sections of the Tlyanche-Tamaksky exploration zone and the adjacent territory of the Romashkinskoye Oil Field, to detail local elevations for their additional exploration, and to make recommendations for further exploration. [3] The study area can be considered quite promising in terms of oil exploration, because it borders on a number of deposits: with Muslyumovsky in the east, with Nurkeevsky in the north, with Yelginsky in the north-west, and in the south there is the well-known extensive complex Romashkinskoye Oil Field. [3] The purpose of this work is to use the wavelet transform technique to perform the deconvolution procedure according to the signal waveform using the materials of the Shiyska Area in Sarmanovsky and Muslyumovsky districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. Processing of seismic materials was carried out using both the standard processing program ECHOS / FOCUS 15.5 of the firm Paradigm Geophysical and wavelet deconvolution according to the signal waveform. As a result of the study, a program was written that implements the wavelet-deconvolution algorithm according to the signal waveform.
