TORQUE RIPPLE MINIMIZATION OF PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR USING PROPORTIONAL RESONANT CONTROLLER

Abstract
In the present-day industry, motor place a crucial role for every application. It is the element which decides the system efficiency as every other element works to run the motor for our desired output. The selection of motor will decide the intellectual power of the system designer. For a designer, he needs to check the compatibility, cost and efficiency of the elements for the expected output.so, we have adopted the permanent magnet synchronous motor which is efficient over many other motors. The control technique that is applied is field oriented control which efficient for low power applications. The controller which is needed for optimization is PI-RES controller which is efficient over PI controller. The estimator we need for the extension is needed to be applied for direct torque control technique applied to PI-RES controller with the base estimation technique that is fuzzy logic strategy.
