MATHEMATIC SIMULATION OF OPERATION OF THE CONTINUOUSLY OPERATING EXTRACTOR WITH THE VIBRATIONAL NOZZLE

Abstract
Development of the theoretical fundamentals and simulation of the extraction processes in the “liquid – solid body”
system, in conditions ofthe low-frequency mechanical oscillations superposition upon theprocessed medium,are
driven by great potential of this way of mass exchange intensification. Building of the mathematic description in the
form of the differential equation system of the hydrodynamics andthe mass transfer in the two-phase flow,allows
obtaining a mathematical modeltaking into account the diffusion properties of thesolid phase materialrelative toa
chosenextraction agent as well asperformance characteristics of the flow, which is formed in the instrument.This, in
its turn,will make it possible to determine the apparatus capacitywith variousdesignandtechnological parameters
ofimplementing theextraction process, and whensolving tasks of theinstrumentation modernization,to develop the
engineering solutionsand to choose a rationalmode of the extractor operation. The research materials are of practical
value in developing and improving theinstrumentation of processes of thetarget componentrecovery fromthe solid
phaseby the extraction method.
