COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF SUPERIRORPERFORMANCE WITH CMOS D FLIP-FLOP

Abstract
This Journal investigates the energy transition of three generally referred flip-flops in a 0.16µm CMOS innovation. The principle objective has been to locate the littlest arrangement of flip-flop topologies to be remembered for a “superior- performance” flip-flop cell library covering a wide scope of power execution targets. Considering the correlation results, transmission entryway-based flip-flops show the best force execution exchange offs with an all-out deferral (clock-to-yield + arrangement time) down to 115ps. For better, the beat activated flip-flops are the quickest (85ps) options appropriate to be remembered for a flip-flop cell library. In any case, beat activated flip-flops expend altogether bigger force (about 2.5x) contrasted with other quick yet completely unique flip-flops, for example, TMGS and hybrid flip-flops.
