AN OPTIMIZED RESOURCE ALLOCATION STRATEGY IN CLOUD COMPUTING

Cloud is an important technology and offers services such as software, platforms, applications andinfrastructure.
Providing these services to many of the cloud's customers can be a challenge in allocating available resources
competently and balancing the load. This paper considers cloud-computing resources such as memory and
processing and the challenges of testing these sources. Resource distribution strategy by identifying resource
requirements, controls and designed objectives. Developing a dynamic strategy for cloud service providers is a big
challenge. This strategy should ensure maximum utilization of cloud resources and improve system performance
while altering user needs. Each component has specific requirements for schedule and performance priorities and
analyzed in a cloud-computing environment. The model architecture provides specific cloud scheduling solutions
and performance concerns. Partition methods are a method for load balancing, so it encourages better use of
resources. It does not require additional resources to handle requests. In the data center, the virtual machine allows
resources depending on the needs of the users. Compared to the strategies already surveyed, effective scheduling
technology used to execute operations, meet demand and save energy and cost. Determining the load between
available virtual machines saves cost and energy. Empirical studies conducted using the cloud sim tool, and the
results suggest better partition, genotypes and function integration than existing technologies.
