THE RECOMENDATIONS FOR THE FURTHER EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A UNIVERSITY TEACHER

Abstract
The article is devoted to the diagnosis of professional competencies of teachers of higher educational institutions. The analysis of the work on the topic under study revealed the lack of complete criteria for assessing the professional competence of teachers. The methods for studying the level of mastery of five groups of key professional competencies by doctoral students and applicants at the diagnostic stage were selected. The scales for processing the intervals of indicators obtained during the experiment are determined. The general results of the diagnostic analysis allows us to determine the “risk groups” (low level) that are recommended, and trainings or training situations that develop key professional competencies.
