ANTIOXIDANT AND ANTIPEROXIDATIVE EFFECTS OF IPOMOEA STAPHYLINA IN STREPTOZOTOCIN INDUCED DIABETIC RATS

Abstract
Recent research growth in biomedical research depends the diabetic investigations effort of STZ diabetic rats moved on to the resistance of Ipomoea staphylina. STZ- convinced significant level of diabetic represented Rats which is reduced. This is treated with ethanol extract of species Staphylina are observed in 45 days level 200mg per Kg with blood glucose levels in diabetic rats. Antioxidant ISEE also exhibits enhanced levels of Catalase formation, reactive substances in TBARS , glucose, peroxodes ststes, hypdroperoxides reduction levels, superoxide dismuate standard level presented levels are examines strategy of the liver, kidney besides pancreas (SOD) of diabetic rats. In addition, the result is glibenclamide, an oral standard drug equivalent. The present findings, therefore, this presents a interstices suggest that staphylina effectiveness, that are represents the active intergradient of mellitus for diabetic treatment which produce an efficient results
