SLIP EFFECT OFMIXED CONVECTIVE MHD CASSON FLUID FLOW OVER VERTICAL PERMEABLESTRETCHING SHEET IN A POROUS MEDIUM

Abstract
In this paper, we studied the problem of Slip effect of mixed convective MHD Casson Fluid Flow on vertical
permeable stretching sheet in a porous medium. The governing nonlinear coupled partial differential equations with
auxiliary conditions are transformed into the system of coupled ordinary differential equations via similarity
transformations and then solved by Runge-Kutta fourth order method along with shooting technique. The influence
of permeability parameter K,Prandtl number Pr, magnetic parameter M, buoyancy or mixed convection parameter λ,
Casson Parameter
β
, slip parameter δ and Eckert number Econ the velocity and temperature profiles as well as on
the skin friction coefficient and Sherwood are discussed by the aid of graphs and tables.
