How Teachers’ Innovative Work Behaviour Can Affect Education Quality?

Abstract
Innovative behavior generally refers to the process of generating and applying new ideas to
improve the quality and performance of work. The rapid growth of social and technological change in today's
technology has made innovative behavior one of the key elements of today's increasingly challenging 21st century.
However, discussions on innovative behavior are still lacking and limited in the context of teachers and education.
Thus, this concept paper will discuss about innovative behaviors from the perspective of teachers and education
to provide a clearer understanding. The discussion presented in this concept paper focuses on the role, potential,
and development of innovative behaviors especially in the context of teachers and how they can help improve
teacher quality and education. The ideas and discussions in this concept paper are expected to add values to the
theoretical and practical aspects especially in the field of innovative teacher behavior as well as to drive further
research in this area.
