The Effect for Chloroquines and Hydroxychloroquines as Experimental therapy of Coronavirus-19

Abstract
At February 2020, firstly case of coronavirus were reported , and then the cases started
to increases. The symptoms were varying from fever to cough and burning pharynx and temperature
rise and therefore acute pneumonia, and therefore some cases develop into kidney failure and was the
first case Register in the city of Najaf. coronaviruses pandemics is an continuous pandemic for this
disease 2019 (COVID-19) ,The World Healthe Organizations declare the outbreaks tobe a Public
Health appearance for International Concerns at 30 January 2020, and recognise it such a pandemics at
11 March 2020. In this study we showed the importance of the chloroquine and hydroxyl-chloroquine
in treats of COVID-19 and side effects, also the number of cases , deaths and healing
