Practice of Health Interprofessional Collaboration on BBLR Case treatment

Abstract
Background: provider of interprofessional workers service play an important role in BBLR case
treatment. Collaboration between doctors, nurses, midwives and social service provider are very important
for BBLR treatment. Aim: to know the role and obstacle health interprofessional collaboration on BBLR
case treatment. Method: the method used consists of five stages which are identifying questions of scooping
review by framework PEOS (Population. Exposure, Outcomes, Study Design), identifying articles by using
relevant database (Pubmed, Ebscho, Willey, Science Direct) and grey literature (Google Scholar, Midwifery
Journal) through keyword, article selection uses critical Appraisal then inserted into the flowchart prism,
charting data, compiling, summarizing and reporting the results. Result: Searching in database 2407 articles
after the title filtering and abstract relevance, obtained 9 articles that have grade A, B C appears 2 themes
which are roles and obstacles in health collaboration practices on the case of BBLR treatment. Conclusion:
In practice of interprofessional Health collaboration on the BBLR cases treatment, it is very important to
provide treatment for BBLR. The role of general practitioner, obstetric, and child can provide intensive
intervention and service, midwives and nurses conducting preliminary screening in the form of ANC
examination and giving KIE, providing emotional support to parents. Besides the role, there are obstacles
that occur in the case of BBLR treatment which is the lack of knowledge on health workers, the absence of
a complete member, lack of privacy. The barrier faced by family physician, obstetrician is a retardation in
the referral process, and access to the health care place.
