DESIGNING MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR ASSESSING THE CRM SYSTEM (CASE STUDY: DRUG DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY)

Abstract
The purpose of this research is identifying and designing a model of existing internal and
external elements in organizations in order to assess the success rate of customer relationship management
(CRM) systems which are based in organizations that it has been evaluated and studied in pharmaceutical
distribution companies in the country.
The statistical population to study was managers and experts of pharmaceutical distribution firms which are
located in Tehran. To collect the data a 46-questioned form was used that its validity is confirmed by content
validity (from face and reliability type) by 77% Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
To analyze the data and inquire the research hypothesis, structural equation approach, Liserl and Spss soft
ware’s were used .
The study result whilst proper identification of main items in evaluation and assessing the customer relationship
management, expresses the strong connection between these parts with each other in proposed research model
