DIGITAL DIVERSITY AND LEADERSHIP: A CASE OF GOOGLE’s SUSTAINABILITY

Abstract
This case study reports on the phenomenal functioning of Google through digital leadership and
diversity in the company. The company inserted varied processes that helped the world's corporations in the
effectiveness and efficiency of their business operations. Google's proactive digital goal is the reason that has
left its competitors behind for decades. Google's digital sense is to innovate and bring compatibility in service.
Companies have no choice but depend on google service in one way or another to have a smooth operation
around the world. The digital services are the reasons for Google's business. The most significant digital
resource of the company is the search service that has helped the corporations & academic world. This world
has become very close to each other through digital connectivity in communication, marketing & collaboration.
Google's thoughtful leadership has encouraged diversified people with the same business based digital skills.
This case will elaborate on both digital aspects and organizational aspects of business operations that made
google unique in today's digital world. The digital world is much spread through devices and connectivity.
Google corporation has contributed a significant share in the digital facilities that helped company operations.
The case will further elaborate on proposed models that google has followed in digitized sequence to be
competitive in today's' digital competition. The case has elaborated varied aspects of digital leadership &
diversity that required to be a prevailing fact in the digital world.
