OPTIMIZED ENERGY CONSUMPTION THROUGH INTERNET OF THINGS AT HOMES/BUILDINGS

Abstract
In the recent years, the energy usage has increased rapidly. The increase in energy demand and cost
requires smart methods to sav ethe energy by monitoring and controlling the environment. The smart power
management models helps to reduce the energy usage and decrease the cost based on demand and supply method.
The trending technologies like Big Data and Internet of Things helps the energy sector to analyze and manage the
energy supply. This paper proposed the home automation using IoT algong with google assistant. This method
used voice recognition model to control the home appliances. The proposed method developed an algorithm to
secure the home automation system.
