TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF THE OSCILLATION SPECTRAL DENSITY OF STATES IN SEMICONDUCTORS IN QUANTIZING MAGNETIC FIELDS

Abstract
For the first time shown the possibility of calculating the temperature dependence of the
oscillations of the spectral density of states in semiconductor structures taking into account the thermal smearing
of Landau levels. A generalized mathematical expression is obtained for oscillations of the density of states of
narrow-gap semiconductors in quantizing magnetic fields. The temperature dependence of the oscillations of the
spectral density of states in narrow-gap semiconductors is derived using the Gaussian, Lorentz, and energy
derivatives of the Fermi-Dirac function.
