Abstract
Management is the basis of work in all fields and represents the artery of life, as it entered into all the details of the
work of institutions without exception and is considered as a basis on which all the scientific concepts of the work of the
institution are based and planning for what it wants, present and future. The importance of this study is to identify the
most important skills that must be enjoyed by club presidents in order to serve the sporting interest and keep pace with
development, and the necessity for them to possess these necessary and basic skills to work and manage these clubs. In
order to advance the administrative and organizational reality of these clubs
