HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES: DURING PANDEMIC SITUATION

Abstract
Human Resources Management Practices is one of the significant features of current organizations. It
attains even more value in times of pandemic situation, because it builds up an imperative dimension of covid 19
crisis. It brings in sound knowledge that human resources policies have an enormous influence on community who
work for the organization; those policies are to convey humanistic consequences towards the organization. In this
study, probable effects of alarming the pandemic situation and behavior to cope with those crises have been
examined. The study primarily focuses on the human resources strategies aspect of management at crises situation to
achieve the goals; and, it shows up classical and modern ways to handle the outcome of crises on human capital. The
results proves that HRM practices during the pandemic is at par with the employees
