to achieve market success in order to remain competitive. This paper mainly addresses one of those techniques
called total quality management (TQM) by explaining in depth the various TQM principles. Therefore, TQM is
necessary and important in the overall improvement of organization, along with a brief history summary. The
research also shows the advantages of using this technology, which show positive effects on any organization's
success. Furthermore, there is an established research issue that states that small-scale enterprises should adopt
TQM to extract the benefits of TQM as a research proposal. An analysis of the element of discovery has shown
that there are strong six variables in the items: employee attention, leadership; consumer focus. Sustainable
company performance metrics were further evaluated by one factor. In this analysis, the relationship between
dependent, sustainable company performances and independent variables, the dimensions of TQM, is evaluated
through multiple regression analyzes. The difference percentage of the three variables is 77% and management
values are 55%.
