REVIEW OF PLANAR INVERTED "F" ANTENA FOR WIRELESS APPLICATIONS

Abstract
The current development in mobile communication-based devices those capacity at a few frequencies has lead to the
advancement of fix antennas that helps multiband and wideband tasks. There is an expanding interest for scaled
down and cost colossal antenna for every business and individual applications. Planar Inverted F Antenna (PIFA)
structures help these necessities. The Planar Inverted-F Antenna (PIFA) can be considered as advanced from a
quarter wavelength monopole antenna and is presently broadly utilized in mobile and versatile radio purposes
because of its many eye-getting characteristics, for example, basic structure, lightweight, minimal effort, lowprofile,
conformal nature, built - in structure and reliable execution. In this paper various plans of PIFA have been
introduced which are of low profile, over the top obtain and supports a few frequencies.
