Review on Business Communication

Abstract
This paper presents an action research conducted to prove the connection between effective
communication and organizational culture. It may conclude that contact is part of the daily conduct, bearing in
mind that people interact every day wherever they are, including their workplaces. It is precisely the daily
conduct that shows the behaviors, norms, points of view and structures of value. It is precisely the everyday
conduct that shows people the attitudes, values, points of view, and value systems. Recognizing the
organizational culture within these structures is the obstacle this paper has faced and it represents a positive
attempt to prove the link between business communication and organizational culture. The paper deals with new
communications positions in the global business world that are becoming increasingly intercultural, and being
intercultural is a necessity when doing business globally. Organizations have to confront the intercultural fact
that brings both benefits and disadvantages. One cannot succeed in the market without the knowledge of this
reality and the opportunities for competition are minimal.
