Types of Cybercrime in India and Its Detection

Abstract
A modern technological revolution is rising in the country of globalization all over the world. Improved data sharing, growth in data management, technological advancement is a form of crime internationally that has the implications of insufficient risk analysis. Various types of criminality are encountered every day. It is known that cybercrime is the crime that is most open to change and growth. We also achieved a very important level as well as offences involving national security that could hurt a single person. The justice procedure has been established to eliminate these threats in all regions. The article discusses the process until the tribunal is determined on the potential application of crime ict integration.It will address in depth the forms of cybercrime, the organizations that will battle these aspects of violence, the software and hardware resources used in the detection process of these entities. The research explores automated source identification, scene evidence gathering, integrity management , data checking which may be a crime, the review of the findings, data recovery, lost, corrupted or compromised data and surveillance. accounting data would also be included.
