Review on International Space Station and Studies Conducted

Soumya Pandit, Piyush Kumar Gupta.

Abstract
The International Space Station Assembly has already been finished after adding the final research facilities in the first half of this decade. Although integration was the primary goal of its initial 11 years of the operation, ISS initial life science research outcomes have grown steadily. To date, the early utilization of the ISS has spawned nearly 200 experiments in the life sciences disciplines for US and international partner research. This article explores the empirical advances of early work at the ISS basic human studies for study and analysis on the impact of microgravity on living. This paper focuses primarily on life sciences work. These accomplishments vary from recognizing improved virulence of various bacteria through spaceflight which will assist in vaccine development, new methods of distributing medication to cancer cells, and potential development for treatment of debilitating diseases like muscular dystrophy through Duchenne. The paper also look forward to full life science research capability as ISS deployment is complete in early part of this decade.
