Review on Employee Productivity

Abstract
The literature gap which discusses the impact of positive traits on employee performance and organizational efficiency employees and how these traits can be reinforced by the identification and creation of organizational policies based on them has been initiated by positive psychologists. Psychologists focus instead on positive characteristics, rather than dealing with negative psychological aspects of individuals, compared to conventional psychology. Three such positive characteristics, confidence, good health, and personal power, are established in the research and their effect on employee productivity, hence the organization's productivity. These three positive characteristics, identification and development of a policy based on these, are specifically investigated in this research and are aimed at producing positive effects on the performance and productivity of the employee. The research suggests a process and framework that reflects the relationship between Positive Psychology, employee satisfaction and organic productivity characteristics. Assumptions have been drawn from the specification and a questionnaire has been prepared to collect data in order to check the validity of the proposed system relations. The questionnaire was done by employees in a selected company. The results showed very interesting results that improves employee performance and therefore organizational productivity by implementing positive psychological ideas and separate optimistic characteristics, such as sanguinity, well-being and individual strength at work.
