Research Analysis of Construction Engineering Quality Risk Innovation Management Model

Abstract
In this review the existing quality assurance system of engineering and its problems in China are analyzed; a revoluted risk precision machining model based on a risk approach has been laid down in the theory of risk management and construction insurance. The "Later Oversight," based on the early proponent of the project identification of risk pre-control, will avoid and indeed the risk of precision engineering through advanced software development methods. A management system has been put in place, optimizing the allocation of supervisory resources in line with existing quality engineering problems in the Chinese construction sector. Reference has suggested that the mode of governance should be further established, that government roles should be actively transformed and that uniform involvement with the construction industry and businesses should be turned into real market regulation. Some work has been done on the quality assurance framework for construction engineering from the point of view of increasing understanding of social quality, setting up a marketing network, clarifying responsibility for product quality to improve engineering supervision and quality control. This paper is an example of an advanced model of project management is a large scale construction project. This paper will provide a basis for government policy makers and engineering pilot cities on quality risk management.
