Administration of Criminal Justice via Plea Bargaining andJudicial Precedent in India: An Analysis

Abstract
The growth of a nation depends upon the administration of justice. If the judiciary is impartial and follows the latest and
effective tools for the administration of justice then it is assured that the nation grows. In any political system
whether it may be democratic country, federal country, communist country or a country following the monarchy;
each one has to follow certain norms for the justice delivery. ADR system is quite popular tool for this. However,
this paper aims to study the other tools i.e. Plea Bargaining and Judicial Precedent for the purpose of administration
of justice. Therefore, modus operands are discussed along with various positions around the globe.
