THE STATE OF LIPID PEROXIDATION AND CYTOCHROME P-450 IN POULTRY AT APPLICATION OF PLANT ORIGIN SUBSTANCES ON THE BACKGROUND OF EXPERIMENTAL MYCOTOXICOSIS

Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the level of cytochrome P-450 and the features of lipid peroxidation in the bodies of quails on the background of the simulation of combined mycotoxicosis, as well as in their treatment with a feed additive based on plant resources. Within a month, the poultry received feed contaminated with mycotoxins containing aflatoxin B1 in the amount of 0.019 mg / kg and T-2 toxin in amount of 0.095 mg / kg. For the treatment of combined mycotoxicosis, an antitoxic feed additive was used, consisting of the phospholipid (rapeseed lecithin) and polysaccharide (plant fiber from sugar beets) nature substances complex. It was determined that at mycotoxicosis in poultry, a significant generation of lipid peroxidation products occurs during inhibition of the activity of cytochrome P-450. The use of the feed additive Fibralin increases the antioxidant protection of the quail organism, prevents the pathological accumulation of lipid peroxidation products and has a protective effect on the biotransformation system of xenobiotics in the poultry liver.
