EFFECTS OF PVXN-UZ 915 NECROTIC ISOLATE OF POTATO VIRUS X ON AMOUNT OF PIGMENTS OF DATURA STRAMONIUM LEAVES

Abstract
Phytopathogen viruses affect negatively the physiological properties of plants and reduce the efficiency productivity of photosynthesis in plant leaves, as a result, the productivity of plants decreases. The article presents the results of the analysis of the amount of chlorophyll "a", chlorophyll "b" and carotenoid pigments on the leaves of D. stramonium which infected with the ordinary (PVXO-Uz 214) and new necrotic isolate (PVXN-Uz 915) of potato virus X. It is discovered that the new PVXN-Uz 915 necrotic isolate of potato virus X stronger effects on the amount of chlorophyll "a", chlorophyll "b" and carotenoid pigments compared with ordinary PVXO-Uz 214 isolate of potato virus X.
