Abstract
Cerebral pathology occupies a significant place among the causes of morbidity, mortality, prolonged disability
of a modern person, a decrease in his intellectual potential, up to dementia, personality degradation and death, as a rule,
premature. Despite the great achievements of recent years in the study of the pathogenesis of the development of
methods for treating acute cerebrovascular accident, strokes remain a serious human pathology. The urgency of the
problem of acute cerebrovascular accident is associated not only with the severity of the course, high mortality and
disability of patients, but also with an increase in the incidence and rejuvenation of strokes. In Uzbekistan, the incidence
of cerebral strokes ranges from 0.9 to 1.4 per 1000 population, in Tashkent - 1.5 per 1000 population.
Clinical studies were conducted on the basis of the 1st TMA clinic in the intensive neurology department. 118
patients were examined, of which 98 patients with a diagnosis of acute cerebrovascular accident by ischemic type (acute
cerebrovascular accident by ischemic type) were the main group and 20 patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy
were the comparison group. The age of the patients of the main group averaged 60.61.9 years

Key words: neurology, ischemic stroke, stroke, encephalopathy, pathology
