DESIGN OF DUAL BAND CPW-FED TRIANGULAR PATCH WITH TRIANGULAR SLOT ANTENNA FOR SATELLITE APPLICATIONS

Abstract
A CPW-Fed triangular patch with triangular slot (TPS) antenna is proposed in this paper. The TPS antenna is a dual band antenna so it has two frequencies 3.1 GHz and 4.4 GHz respectively and gains are 1.8 dB and 2.6 dB respectively. Two slots are introduced on the patch which enhances the band characteristics. The TPS antenna can be used in and Satellite applications.
