Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of improving quality indicators of training of graduates of technical
universities, including military specialists. Experience shows that one of the most effective methods of improving
the professional training of graduates is the development of independence, mobility, and creative thinking of
students, that is why the structure of scientific creativity is becoming increasingly important. Thus, it is possible to
point to the contradiction:
ï‚· between the requirements for training activities “with creative thinking and initiative” and insufficient
preparation for self-development of future specialists;
ï‚· between the potential opportunities of modern computer technologies in the formation of professional
competencies of university graduates and the lack of specially developed forms and methods for
implementing these opportunities;
The revealed contradiction allows determining the problem of research, which consists in identifying
forms, methods and means of improving the quality of professional training of graduates of technical universities.
To address this issue, the authors investigated an innovative approach to the organization of the educational process
using the method of frontal research on the general professional discipline “Electrical engineering and electronics”.
The essence of this method is to organize an individual approach not only to the study of each topic of the discipline,
but also to link the results obtained with professional disciplines, including aspects of experimental research.
The uniqueness of this research is that the methodological development of each issue of disciplines can be
developed according to an individual scenario (the article shows examples). Scientific, practical and pedagogical
significance of the described method of organizing the educational process was determined by conclusions based on
the results of a questionnaire in monitoring groups of students (125 people).The most significant of them: classes are
very interesting, but the difficulty is that students have no time to be distracted; a student understands the topic and
tries to complete the task himself, but conclusions are not always obtained; students like a phased entry into the
profession.

Key words: interactive methods, problem situation, creativity, entering the profession.
