THE SUSTAINABLE MARKETING AND ITS ROLE IN ACHIEVING HIGH PERFORMANCE FOR BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY FOR OPINIONS OF SAMPLE OF WORKERS IN THE LEATHER INDUSTRIES FACTORY

Abstract
The marketing literature indicates that sustainable marketing is an important and modern topic in the business world, because it applies the basic principles of sustainability in marketing management, So the customer seemed to prefer the consumption of sustainable products because of the low impact of their production operations on the natural environment and society, which reflects a positive image about the performance of organization. Studies indicate that sustainable marketing leads to easier access to the customer, which will reflect positively on the organization, which requires of the organization reaching to high performance to be able to satisfy the needs of the customer with the appropriate quantity, type in a way that leads to its remain competition as long as possible. This study tests that sustainable marketing leads to high performance for business organizations, also
this study tests that sustainable marketing through its dimensions ( The sense-of-mission marketing, Customer value marketing, Customer oriented marketing and Innovative marketing) relation to the high performance of productive organizations. A random sample of (77) was tested in the Leather Industries Factory. The hypotheses were tested by the statistical program (PLS. Smart). The research concluded that sustainable marketing positively
affects high performance, which means that the sense-of-mission marketing, positively effects on the high performance.
