THE FACTORS AFFECTING ONLINE PURCHASE INTENTION AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN MALAYSIA: A QUANTITATIVE STUDY DURING COVID-19

Abstract
Coronavirus announced as the most contagious pandemic of the 21st century, which created rapid and significant disruption to the international economy and everyday life for billions of people around the world. This challenging situation for the whole globe has also made a massive impact on the e-commerce industry in Malaysia. The complete shutdown of everyday life has wide-ranging consequences, but most notably by shifting many activates to be completely online such online shopping. Hence, the decision to purchase online become a critical role in online customer behavior, especially during COVID-19 times in Malaysia. Based on recent studies, evidence, factors affecting online purchase intention among students in Malaysia is scarce. Therefore, this paper will examine the link between trust, perceived quality, online reviews in relation to online purchase intention among university students in Malaysia.
