The analysis has been performed using the method of structural equation modeling, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis. The outcome of the paper deliberates that the privacy, trust, security and organisationís reputation significantly affects the online purchase intention of e-commerce consumers. It is recommended to provide attention to these factors to increase sales in the e-commerce business. The factor of trust is found as the most significant factor among all the factors which indicates that the respondents from the selected region lack trust toward online commerce.
